“Depuzzling” (Legal) Framework for Protection of Refugees and Migrants
Dr Bríd Ní Ghráinne participated in the 'Future of Europe as a Place of Refuge' conference which was held at Charles University Prague on 5-6 December.
Bríd presented her research paper which focuses on the extent the characteristics inherent in encampment are ipso facto a breach of international human rights law.

Dr. Bríd Ní Ghráinne is a Senior Researcher of Centre for International Law at the Institute of International Relations and in her work focuses on international law, European integration and security.
